My wife and I LOVE living here! We tell everyone about it because living here has been a dream come true (seriously). We lived for 5 years near downtown and couldn't take it anymore - the trash, the constant noise, parking issues, dangerous situations, etc. When we moved to Ava it was a breath of fresh air! The staff are incredibly kind and responsive...they host food trucks every week...their gyms are top of the line...their pools are like a resort...there's tennis courts, volleyball courts, a market onsite for any conveniences AND there's hiking trails leading to the Wisdom Tree! We feel safe, cared for & finally found the peace and quiet we've been searching for. No place is "perfect" but if you're looking for an incredible place to live, you can find it here at Ava!

This review is for Steve in maintenance. Steve has always been great! He is quick and efficient. My maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours. Recently he fixed a sink, my fireplace and installed a new garbage disposal. Steve was great with an open line of communication concerning each repair. THANKS STEVE!

I am writing this feedback for the wonderful support that I got from Jeannette Simon. She had been a great help throughout the leasing process. Jeannette made sure that my move in process was hassle free and quick. There were few issues with finishing touches in the apartment so she guided me to open tickets with correct portals, which was very helpful. Thank you for being a great host Jeannette.
