I had the choice to move and potentially pay less elsewhere. What I would loose didnt make sense, this is the best priced building for everything you get as far as both amenities and size. Ultimately the thing that kept me here when other roommates moved out of the city was the local management office for both admin/leasing as well as maintenance. The service doesnt compare to anywhere else Ive lived. Its prompt, efficient, and easy.
Thank you Angela, Victor, LJ, and Justin for working with me over the past 6 weeks to get myself moved across the hallway into a different unit, and work with new roommates to get them going. I have a very all over the place schedule, and something like this would be impossible to coordinate anywhere else given my availability is changes daily and is rarely any standard business hours. This is why I stayed. Things continue to be kept up as if they were brand new. There isnt ever a time when you see something that looks like its neglected, hasnt been cleaned within the past couple days, or is falsely advertised as far as things that you cant use for some reason.

The management and maintenance team at AVA are amazing. They are super responsive to all my service requests. Walter and Juan are fast and efficient, and go above and beyond to make sure everything in my apartment works properly within 24 hours of submitting a request. Angela is also very responsive and accommodating with any administrative questions I have. I have been a happy resident since the beginning when they opened 7 years ago!

I have lived in Ava for almost 2 years, during all this time, despite some problems happening for parking and elevators. The apartment maintenance service that Ava has is amazing, especially Mr. Walter Venus, always helps me immediately. One time, at 10 pm when my shower encountered a problem, I contacted Ava service team and Walter even drove from his apartment to repair this emergency issues. He is amazing all around! Works really fast, and clean. Please appreciate his hard work!
Juan has been a great help with all maintenance matters. He works efficiently and is easy to chat with. Hit him up for any handy work you need!
