We just moved in and wow, tbh already a good experience! Jenna was the only person in office today and she still took my last-minute shenanigans, with a smile too. Most of my experiences with leasing agents are kinda.. cold and awkward? But Jenna was real as hell, I recommend the staff in this establishment!
Amenities are pretty darn clean. The layout is smartly built and minimizes any horrifically long walks. This place looks better in person than in photos, which I can't say for too many places! Look forward to staying here.

My experience moving into AVA Hollywood was nothing short of amazing. Amy Bloch was an incredible community consultant that helped me every step of the way and never left a question unanswered. She even checked back in with me days after my move in to ensure I was happy and that everything in our apartment was up to our expectations. If you're looking to move into Hollywood there is no better place than AVA. The amenities are awesome and the people here in the community are super nice. I look forward to my first year at AVA and hope to stay here for many years to come. Oh, and if you do decide to come in for a tour, ask for Amy Bloch! She'll take care of you!!

I just moved into AVA Hollywood a week ago and it has been one of my best move-in experiences. The leasing team has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process a special shout out to Amy who has been nothing short of amazing! I've had lots of questions before, during and after my move-in and Amy has been able to help me out with all of them.
Renting in LA right now is absolutely crazy and I know how busy this leasing team is, so I really appreciate the patience and care they've paid to new tenants like myself. I'm glad I chose AVA Hollywood as my new home!

Ive been living here for a about a year and I work from home and have had the chance to get to know a lot of the amazing staff that keep this place running. David, for instance, always has a great attitude and work ethic and goes above and beyond for those of us who live here. These are the type of people that make Ava such a great place to live. He deserves some type of promotion/raise.
