I usually do not post reviews but I wanted to share my great experience with Avalon, I cannot recommend Avalon enough! Specifically Matt Crowe and Dominick Harper have been so responsive and helpful throughout the whole move in process. I ran into a few problems with setting up certain things up in the apartment and Matt has been incredibly helpful, helping me get everything sorted out in a very timely manner. He always goes the extra step to make sure I am completely satisfied with everything and always offers assistance. They are always very busy so I am extremely appreciative for both of them and how accommodating and helpful they have been throughout my move to Avalon! It has turned out to be a very smooth transition and it is all thanks to them!

Besides being a beautifully designed building with great amenities, the service and admin staff are terrific! The Maintenance team is quick and effective! Every work order is handled almost the day immediately after requested and the work is always above and beyond our expectations. The leasing and admin staff are friendly, available and always willing to help! Simply an amazing place to live!
