So far so good!!! We just moved in and the application experience was so smooth thanks to the help of Daniel (even though we made a mistake in the electronic application at first and they needed to help us through it manually). Amanda and everyone else we have met so far in the building - William and Chris who are part of the maintenance staff, the community manager - have all been just as easy to work with. Neighbors we meet in the elevator seem cool too. We're really excited to settle in!

He was able to resolve the problem very quickly, efficiently, all while being super friendly! I'm so grateful for the building staff at Avalon Wilshire and their quick responses to any issues I've experienced.
