Timber Lane Apartments is a civilized and well-behaved community the hills of Timberlane came from an ancient Glacier from the Ice Age surrounded by a dense forest Timberlane is a unique and beautiful location surrounded by farming land the best part of Timber Lane Apartments is the management staff we have over 550 plus apartments I believe but it feels like you're a VIP if you have a problem maintenance or whatever staff will take care of it immediately it is really a pleasure having a a number one top shelf team running the complex they're like a well-oiled machine capable of running a Ritz-Carlton at Cruise Line Four Seasons hotel or the like in closing I had a medical problem I had a medical problem and no one to help me. I called the Timberlane management staff and they came to my rescue and Save the Day they didn't have to but they did you can really depend on them. Michael Kojs

I do love living here. The staff are very friendly and approachable but also very attentive to any concerns I have. Fortunately for me I have only had to call maintenance twice in the year and a half Ive been living here and they were here almost immediately after putting in maintenance requests.
Since this was my first place on my own I was terribly nervous but on the first day they gave me a First Day Kit and a checklist to go through and make sure everything in the apartment was clean and not damaged. If so, they would come in and fix it for me but everything in my apartment was fine.
I do enjoy the club house with the pool, and that its centrally located in the complex. Its very well kept and has a nice deck to lay out on.
One of my biggest concerns was having packages delivered during the day while Im at work but now they have an Amazon Hub for all packages, so no more worrying (not that I have ever had a problem with this).
I think that the kitchens definitely need some TLC because they are so dated but they are just as functional and I havent had any problems.

Great place to stay and very friendly and helpful staff. Very worth it for the price and great location convenient to go to Costco, Hyvee and all other restaurants or groceries. Had to move out early and break contract due to work relocation, but staffs were very helpful during the process and eased the moving out process a lot. All in all, great place to stay at and would definitely recommend.
