Pros:
1. Pretty spacious.
2. Free outside parking.
3. Close to grocery stores (Target, Pick n Save, etc.).
4. People are nice in the office.
Cons:
1. The apartment advertises to offer free Wifi. I've lived in a few places around Madison with free Wifi, but this place has the worst one that is both slow and disconnects every 30-40 minutes.
2. You won't have hot water running after around 7PM during the Winter. You would either have to take showers with cold water in the everning or wait till the next Morning.
Update: Cold water in the Winter is not a problem anymore.
Pros: Good location to downtown, accessible public transit, sound-proofing cement walls, internet provided. Cons: Small kitchens, lackluster interiors and facilities, LED lamps shinning all...
Pros: Good location to downtown, accessible public transit, sound-proofing cement walls, internet provided.
Cons: Small kitchens, lackluster interiors and facilities, LED lamps shinning all night long, trash shoot smell, shopping carts everywhere.
Verdict: Affordable for Madison area but the units themselves leave you wanting more. Great place for graduate students or the automobile-challenged.
