Its been almost a month since I moved into eaves, and its been great so far. Emma at the leasing office showed me several apartments and answered my questions well in and after the tour. Shes been helping me with requests during the move-in process as well. On move-in day, there was a package with important and useful information for new tenants, which I think was a nice touch. Ruth and Brandi at the front desk are also great. Theyre really nice and have helped me with moving.
About the apartment, I love it. It has nice big windows looking out to an amazing view. The floor is laminated wood that has a nice color. The appliances are mostly updated. I hardly hear anything from neighbors. There are restaurants and stores nearby. The building has a gym, a pool, a hair salon, a little convenience store, and a dry cleaner. So far Ive felt safe at home. Good quality living, and I hope it stays that way. Highly recommend.

It was the smoothest leasing experience Ive ever had. Dycaana Weeded was amazing! Very helpful and professional, she explained everything to us and we ended up submitting the application 15 mins after our tour. I am looking forward to moving end of this month. As of the compound, its so nice! It has a convenient store, barbershop, swimming pool, etc. location is great!

-location (bus access, grocery stores & restaurants nearby)
Cons:
-zero parking lot security and seemingly worsening crime (tires stolen frequently, car break-ins)
-large rent increases
-AC breaks building-wide on occasion
I'd recommend the building refocus the rent increases toward any sort of parking lot security, such as cameras, or a gate for after-hours requiring a unique code for entry. They could also use a guard to trawl the parking lot in the early morning (3am ish) when most of the crime occurs (especially since a tow truck comes through to take away un-paid guests sometimes anyway)
