We have been living here for 4 months. The amenities are very good and Avalon has an amazing staff, always polite and efficient. Its a clean place and great if you have kids or pets.
Cons: the walls are so thin and you can hear the noise from other units which may be disturbing when you are trying to fall asleep after 10PM.
The trash chute is a problem. It oftens get clogged during the weekends. That makes the trash room cluttered until Monday when the cleaning staff takes care of it.
The ground floor apartments are affected by a lot of mosquitoes. Maybe it is due to the proximity to the gardens, I dont know. Anyways, if you are considering a unit such as this have that in mind even if you leave your windows or balcony doors closed during the summer.
