Weve moved in only a couple of months ago but we already love the place. Concierge service is great, common spaces like barbecue and lounge are very good-looking and comfortable. Weve had one issue with our dish washing machine and its been addressed the same day. Highly recommend Avalon communities as a place to live.

We've moved to Avalon Brooklyn Bay only 2 months ago, but it's been enough time for us to understand how special this building is. We really enjoy the convenience that comes with online service requests, Amazon hub, great-looking lounge and barbeque area. Our apartment has a wonderful view on Manhattan skyline, which is a rare thing for buildings in south Brooklyn. I'd definitely recommend Avalon Brooklyn Bay as a great place to live.

Building is cool. Im lucky to say I live on a good floor with friendly neighbors. I dont know if theyre quiet or the walls are soundproof because the only noise I hear is the train. The apartments are decently spaced however closets could be a bit bigger. The best thing about this building by far is the staff. From maintenance to concierge these folks are top notch, even in passing. Janelle is genuine, sweet, and always eager to help no matter the time of day; notifies me of orders, answer silly questions and direct my guests. Actually every guest that comes by always raves about her so thank you for making me look good Janelle!! Ivan never forgets a name or face and is very charming! always very aware ..its like he reads my mind. Fatmire has the most beautiful spirit always prepping me mentally before I get out the door. This lady will meet you outside in a snowstorm with a trolley if she thinks you need help. If I move my only goal in life is to be able to afford taking them with me. They make excellence look like a normal day.
