AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between September 22, 2025 - April 18, 2026 only. This rate does not apply to September 2026 - May 2027 rental.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
DESCRIPTION:
Enjoy the “Sunny Side” of life in this beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath sound front single-family home, complete with boat slip, gazebo, hammocks, rockers, and porch swings! It’s tucked away on a private driveway, nestled among live oaks on the quiet south end, just a short walk to the beach and Oceanic Restaurant, it is arguably one of the best locations on the island.

The large living room offers ample seating, fantastic views of the Intracoastal waterway, and gives access to the sound front deck. A large farmhouse dining table comfortably seats 10 people and there is additional bar seating at the kitchen island. The sizable kitchen provides plenty of space for meal prep and storing groceries. Recently renovated to include updated appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinetry, this kitchen is sure to please the family chef!
Just off the main living area is a staircase that leads to the second level of the home which houses the living quarters. A sizable master suite overlooks the sound and offers a comfortable king-sized bed, sitting area complete with sofa and TV, sound front private deck with rocking chairs, and a spacious bathroom with a large soaking tub. The second guest room on this level is also furnished with a king-sized bed and has a private bathroom for added convenience and privacy. There is a guest bedroom with two twin beds close by which is great for kids! Just across the hall you will find a full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom on this level is also furnished with a king bed and serviced by the hall bathroom. The third living level of this roomy home is a wonderful bonus room. Two plush sofas, a flat screen TV, beautiful views of the sound, and a half bathroom make this a great spot for watching movies and relaxing after a fun day out in the sun!
The outdoor space that this home offers is ideal for active families that want to enjoy the great outdoors to the fullest. Conveniently launch kayaks or paddle boards from the dock, fish, relax in the hammock, or grill out with a cocktail while watching spectacular sunsets! Children will especially enjoy playing and swimming at the sound beach that emerges during low tide. Bring the whole family, boat, jet skis, and kayaks - there’s plenty of space and lots to do! This wonderful family home offers a boat slip but has a narrow driveway that may not be suitable for larger trailers. Boat trailers may need to secure alternate storage off site.
