This is an amazing place to live, I spent two years here and loved every minute of it. Everything was close to my home, whether it be food or shopping wise. The whole staff here is excellent, very fast and super friendly. This is a very pet friendly establishment, which was always super nice! I lived here for one year and have pretty much only positive things to say. Extremely pet friendly, maintenance was responsive, no noise from neighbors, understanding management. The remodeled apartments are beautiful and spacious with the best kitchen I have seen in an apartment ever. The location is ideal, with restaurants and a mall within a 5 minute drive and close to the freeway. The only bad thing about this place was actually the proximity to the freeway - the noise is quite loud if your apartment is facing it. Not really a problem if you keep the windows closed. I imagine an apartment facing the lake would be much nicer if you have the option. I would have renewed my lease if I were staying in the area.

If you want to stay in a place without any hassle from management on little things, this is the place for you. Affordable and nice!
