Kittridge Apts is a reasonably well managed and well-kept complex.
They have weekly maintenance team that keeps the complex clean, lawn mowed and the pool is always sparkling clear and beautiful (too bad it's been closed this summer because of Covid).
The tenants are mostly family oriented and it's kid friendly. It's a nice community and I like living here.
I love that my 2nd floor unit overlooks the pool :-) and my unit got a new oven with glass ceramic top (!!!) when I moved in (which is more than awesome).
They changed apt mgrs about 18 months ago (this is Nov 2020). This mgr already manages a larger apt complex (that's close to ours) and it's taken a little while to get things going.
Dealing with Covid has been difficult (as we all know) but this apt mgr is continuing to address maintenance requests (safely) so this is very good.
Also, routine scheduled and announced checks are made to monitor each unit's safety items like fire/smoke/CO2 alarms, check circuit breakers, etc.

My mom has been living here since 2010 or '11 and still doesn't have an AC! Balcony screen has been unfixed for years as well. She recently had a water leakage in the kitchen that wet part of the living room floor and that was not fully repaired, she probably has mold growing by now. All this has been notified to management but nothing yet. Still waiting...
Friendly manager, well maintained. Pool is good to swim in the summer.
