We have only 1 bedroom apartments located on 2 floors, we have an elevator for ease of access, and every unit has a patio or balcony. We have a laundry room, beauty salon, technology center, indoor mailboxes and a community room and we allow pets (fees included). We are an income restricted property so we have income caps that cannot be exceeded and you are required to gross per month 2 and 1/2 times whatever the rent price is that you qualify for. We also do accept the section 8 housing voucher as well. We are NOT a project based Section 8 property.
