We've been in living in Phase I at 7011 Sunne Lane for about 1,5 year and here are some pros and cons of this place.
Pros:
Great location, you have a BART Station right there, good public schools and a few good playgrounds and trails. Engineers team is very responsive and typically fixes all issues within 1-2 days.
Cons:
I wish management team would be more responsive, some of my emails were just ignored or responded in weeks...

That is exactly the perfect place to live in, I have many many reasons makes me say that, but the most important is the staff.
I live there for almost 4 years and Im really impressed with the excellent customer service of the leasing office people, from day one till now. Christine, Carolyn and Annabelle are amazing, even after I moved out they continue in their excellent customer service, they still communicate with me if any mails hits my previous mail box with them.

My partner and I moved to Avalon WC in December of 2021. I am happy to write about such a pleasurable el experience. The management is very friendly, responsive and professional. They have always presented themselves as caring about there residents. You are treated as a valued resident and not just a rent payment. The maintenance department is timely and responsive. The apartment community in general is well kept and quiet. I highly recommend this community.

This review is for Carolyn Polo, shes been super responsive and helpful. Really fast at replying to my emails and finding solutions. I did not get the same kind of service from other staff, unfortunately, but Carolyn has proven herself to be the most helpful and proactive member of the Avalon team. I usually dont get any reply or take weeks for someone to get back to me via email but with Carolyn it takes about a day or 2. The facilities is gorgeous and location is perfect. Wish they had more proactive member of the leasing office that actually replies to emails in a timely manner other than Carolyn.
