The staff is very friendly, even when it's slammed I have never had a staff member be rude or rush me. Kapple is especially friendly!

Their customer service is awful. I was waiting in the line for about 10 min to place my drink order and waited to get my drink for 15 min. I ordered a caramel frapuccino, while I was waiting in the line I got thirsty and I asked water from them when I got my frapuccino. The lady who was making drinks told me I have to get in the line to order a cup of water, and their line was long at that moment. I told the lady who gave me my frapucciono I waited my drink for 15 min and 10 min in the line to order my frapuccino, why do I need to go back to the line to order a cup of water, it will take a minute for her to give me a cup of water. She refused giving me water and told me get in the line again. I was so frustrated, never gonna come back to this Starbucks.

Visiting Virginia Beach, I dropped into this Starbucks, and all went well. The barista was pleasant, and fast with my order. There was plenty of seating, both inside and out, and I proceeded to find a nice shady spot on the sidewalk and have myself a fine alfresco lunch, kept company by the passing traffic and several friendly folks. And, once finished, I was happy to find the men's room clean and functional. A lovely time, and it hardly cost a thing.
In the end, I left the restaurant feeling quite satisfied, and I would gladly return for an encore.
Thanks, to all who run this Starbucks, for making possible my memorable lunch at the beach. Keep up the good work :D

Kelly sanders - shift supervisor said "that's the way the cookie crumbles" to me when I asked her why several other customers who had ordered after me had gotten their drink before me. She is clearly ignorant when it comes to customer service. several people got their drinks before I did. I live across the street and I spend hundreds of dollars at Starbucks. I don't need to be spoken to in a sacarstic tone because she wasn't making the drinks in order, and was to busy socializing with one of her friends in line. Get Kelly - I'm making sure your name makes it all the way to your corporate office :)
