**Pet Policy Overview:**
- **Pet Fees:** A non-refundable pet fee is required upon agreement. This fee doesn't cover cleaning expenses or damages caused by the pet. The fee structure is $400 for one pet and $600 for two pets.
- **Pet Allowance:** Residents can have a maximum of two animals per apartment, with a weight limit of 20 pounds for each pet when fully grown.
