I recently moved to Avalon. The staff here are friendly and understanding. Mr. Gregory Gordon ( Greg ) was very kind enough to move some heavy boxes on to our floor . Without his help it would have been extremely difficult to handle it by myself. He was very kind , helpful as well as respectful.

Avalon has been home to me and my 4 children for a year now. We have been really happy and very much love living here. Office staff are the BEST really! Adrienne was the one responsible for me lease and she has been more than professional and very kind to us all along. I have also had to deal with Oksana and she was always best at helping me, Nicole is definitely has always been a star to us, my kids' favourite help when they needed a help.
I mean I can go on and on, Ms Sandra had to interfere in some issues and she was always a wonderful wonderful support to us, and Ms Maha, the director, she is definitely the leader of all the great team they have here at Avalon Tysons.
Last but not least, I have to thank the maintenance team, they were always very cooperative, prompt and very understanding when we needed them the most. Jose is one of a kind, really really is a great person and an excellent technician; Abdul and Carlos are also great and outstanding, they have always been a great back for all our maintenance needs.
I definitely recommend Avalon Tysons Corner, a great place to call home. Thank you Avalon team.

I have only been living at Avalon Tysons Corner for about a month now, but I absolutely love it. I have interacted with the staff in the leasing office frequently and everyone is so kind and ready to help in any way possible.
I had a few maintenance issues from when I first moved in and they came quickly and finished efficiently. The trash area is huge and never overflows. I was really concerned about living on the ground floor because of noise but I rarely hear anything (just people walking by outside sometimes which is fleeting). I was also against getting the non-refinished apartment, but if you pay like $20 and switch out the knobs on the cabinets to some color other than white the kitchen looks SO much better (obviously keep the original ones in a safe place so you can put them back).
Seriously can't stress enough how great this place is! The amenities are super nice too! I highly recommend Avalon Tysons Corner!

Whenever there's anything to be fixed, the maintenance team would usually show up within 24hr and fix it - so ease of mind. Definitely recommended to anyone/any family who enjoys a decent family life!

We have been here for close to three years now, love the location of this property. It is well kept and maintenance service is a quick turnaround. Any issues or questions are usually handled very well by the management. They recently celebrated Earth's day with children at the office and it was so much fun with food and the activities. Can't wait for the pool to reopen for the summer. I was happy that we decided to extend another year of our lease here.

Previewed this property in mid-February 2018 without an appointment and found the staff to be very courteous and accommodating especially Adrienne. She showed us multiple units within the complex and was very informative of the both Avalon, Avalon Tysons Corner and the area so the five stars are for her. I found the property to be very clean and well maintained, given the age and size of the property this was impressive as it was not the case with some similar properties. For me the units fit size wise in most instances, I found the units with fireplaces to be less than amazing and some dining light fixture placement made picturing furniture placement difficult. I prefer when a ceiling cap is in place allowing for one's own placement of dining lights if one opts for one to be more optimal. The standard units are not bad by any means, a little too white with the laminate counter top and aging vinyl flooring but very neutral. The 'upgraded' units are underwhelming when considering the price difference. They are mostly carpeted with some vinyl wood-look vinyl in the 'wet' areas and entrance. Overall a pleasant experience and nicely maintained property just not the best fit for my preferences.
