Rent includes gas, water, trash and sewer bills & $50 per month electric bill with no utility deposits. Property amenities include on site management, laundry room and swimming pool and free, off-street parking. Our income requirement is 3X rent, with proof of income. 600+ credit score. No felony convictions or evictions in the last 7 years. $35 application fee. Move in cost is first month's rent + one month's rent for security deposit.
