Well I am ver. y new to community but first impressions they say makes the difference. The office staff is superb. The maintenance staff is on the job quickly. I really like the convenience of online options to make rent payment and even request maintenance. The neighbors are out of this world! i use to think having a welcome committee was a TV thing...LOL. They actually knocked on door and introduced themselves. I was impressed. Everyone seem so friendly...The apartment is spacious. I am glad me and my family decided this place! Let's see what happens in a year...LOL!
Late yesterday afternoon my air conditioner started dying. And of all times in this incredible heat wave. Placed a service ticket at 4:00pm. George...
Late yesterday afternoon my air conditioner started dying. And of all times in this incredible heat wave. Placed a service ticket at 4:00pm. George who was on-call contacted me right away and was here in 30 minutes. He tried to repair it for quite some time, using coolant, replacing a burned out wire and a capacitor but was unable to repair. Promised to come back the next morning, and so he did, along with Ken the property manager and Mike. It was determined the compressor was gone. George and Mike immediately came by with a new one and had us nice and cool in no time flat! Maintenance here is amazing, no complaints with them at all, all positive experiences. Thank you guys!
