I constantly call her for questions but each time she was so gracious and kind to answer my repeated questions, she was never impatient. I've been to so many luxury apartment in temecula but i think vineyards offers the best amenities in town.

I just moved into these apartments, and I absolutely love it. Noreen was my leasing agent and she was so patient and understanding helping me rent this apartment out. This is my dream apartment, and Noreen new that, she bent over backwards to help guide me through this process, and I appreciate that more than anything. Although these apartments are conveniently close to everything the apartments itself suck. They are cheaply made; thin walls, cabinets fall apart every other week, lights and outlets work when they want, not kid friendly, walls are flat paint grey (will not clean, you must repaint), never any parking unless you have a garage or carport and mainly way to expensive. You can actually rent a four to six bedroom house for the price of a two bedroom here. Oh and the i Utilities are high because they use 220v air unit; so don't run your air much or you will pay the price of a house electric bill.

My husband and I moved in January 26, 2015. We've been impressed by the apartment community and it's staff. Everyone is very attentive and nice! Jacqueline was our leasing agent and every time I walk into the office, she greets me as if she's known me for years! The grounds are kept up and the residents all seem really nice as well! Looking forward to the next year with The Vineyards!

A factual word of warning on deciding whether to move here or not. Do not be mislead on their quote 'LEED certification'. As a new resident, my health has been severely impacted by the air quality within my apartment. I have paid out of my own pocket over $750 to have two independent tests done by certified air quality experts who have both concluded that there are excessive amounts of Formaldehyde and VOC's within the apartment that greatly exceed EPA standards. The Vineyards have flat out refused to pay for my health expenses, and out of pocket costs which are now in the thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, now my only recourse is by contacting city/county/state/federal agencies and local media to seek a remedy. In addition, I must now hire a lawyer to recover my out of pocket costs.
