Walking in, you’ll climb the stairs to the first floor, where you’ll find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower with a dual-head shower. The other 2 bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a step-in shower. The stacked washer & dryer are found on this floor. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors that access a deck.
The top floor is where all the family gathering is done. The living room is comfortable, light, and airy with plentiful windows. The dining room table seats 4 and is perfect for meals, a card game, or working on a puzzle. The large and well-appointed kitchen has a generous island for meal prep or the meal itself. The island seats another 4. For convenience, there is a half bath. The bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The great room and the bedroom both access a deck.
The whole interior is decorated with a cool and sleek palette of blues to make you feel like you're still in the beautiful presence of the ocean, even when inside. No matter where you are in the house, relaxation and calm are around every corner. The exterior is almost as good as the interior, with a hot and cold running enclosed outside shower and outside dining set. Located a quick walk or bike ride from the beach. Your days will be spent collecting shells and sharks’ teeth on the beach, and your evenings enjoying a glass of wine with your group while listening to waves crash on the beach.
