This amazing room is located in a secluded part of our home, and is the only downstairs bedroom. Home is located in Spanos Park-West, which boasts the safest residential living in all of Stockton (see the city’s crime map). Our HOA employs a roving security team who patrols the neighborhood 24/7!!
Room amenities include: private, completely remodeled bathroom- apartment-size fridge/freezer (NOT MINI)- microwave, TV, ceiling fan, and garage entrance. For your convenience, room comes equipped with linens, towels, hamper, an iron/ironing board. There is a small kitchen cart in the room, with stainless steal top, for meal-prep. The cart comes with small appliances such as a keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and instant-pot, for light, in-room cooking. Furniture includes: BRAND NEW (adjustable base) queen size bed, desk w/ office chair, TV stand, bedside table, buffet, wardrobe, and storage ottoman. Wardrobe contains hangers.
Tenants have access to the downstairs kitchen, upstairs laundry room, backyard/barbecue and home-gym.
Rent includes: PAID UTILITIES (water/trash, wifi, gas/electric). Also included in rent are bi-weekly housekeeping, dedicated driveway parking, and a generous amount of GARAGE STORAGE space! Pest control treats the home every month and the yards are serviced weekly by a maintenance team. Tenants have access to community pool (open seasonally).
Deposit is $800 and monthly rent is $1,300. We only offer a minimum 3 month lease agreement, with the opportunity to RENEW beyond that. Our typical tenant is a traveling nurse who stays for an average of 4 months. We are open to long-term rental agreements. Room must only be occupied by one person. Couples accepted on a case by case basis. Absolutely no pets. Sorry, no exceptions! Tenants whose employers do not require background checks must undergo screening through a third party company (Avail), as part of the application process.
