Deck: Trex decking with two chairs, small table overlooks a third of an acre. Irrigation and sod in front yard coming Summer 2025.
Security Cameras: Two security cameras are located on the exterior of the property. One is integrated into the spotlight facing the driveway and the other is a doorbell cam. Access will be shared with the tenant upon request. There are no security cameras indoors.
