The holding deposit will only be accepted AFTER you have toured the unit and the location. Note that we do not hold or assign the unit to anyone without said holding deposit. The provided sqft and photos used are for reference only, renters are required to self-verify by touring before renting. Any stolen keys, trespassers, or squatters with no payment, or no lease agreement will be reported to the police immediately. Any violators will no longer be welcome to rent from us ever again.
