The unit is available now for a 12-month lease. Renters are responsible for all utilities (electricity, water, sewer, and garbage) and renter’s insurance is required. We require a one-month security deposit equal to a full month of rent, a credit score of 700 or higher, proof of income at least three times the monthly rent, verified positive rental reference checks, and a $30 non-refundable application fee per applicant.
Other important notes: Please note that this is a bottom unit with slightly lower 7-foot ceilings. There are Ring Doorbells outside with camera functionality for added security. This is the lower unit of a triplex with working professionals living in the units above. You may hear occasional movement, but all tenants follow quiet hours between 9pm–8am on weekdays and 10pm–8am on weekends. Parking is off-street only, but there is plentiful parking available on 9th Avenue. This is a non-smoking property. Portable or reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted.
