Golden Inca has newly renovated studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartment homes available with brand new LVP flooring, full-sized, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and microwave), quartz countertops, a sizeable private balcony, plenty of storage space, and a full bathroom with a tub.

Applicants are screened for a credit score of 650 or higher, with minimal negative reporting, positive rental history, and a collective income of 3 times the monthly rent.
