This is my second review in the last few months, but I am honestly just so happy with our place here! I wanted to give a special shout-out to Brian in maintenance. He helped me out with an issue with my plumbing, and was so responsive and knowledgeable! While he was here, he took care of several smaller things as well. The problem was being fixed within 24 hours of me letting them know. Super great maintenance team. I love living here :)

I was nervous when I had a short period of time to move from the Hudson Valley area to Schenectady, and all of my nerves were soothed once I went to Electric City. The Office Managers are excellent, they are easy to reach and follow through with anything and everything. Electric City is clean, quite, and the location is unbeatable, walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!!

I had a rather short stay in the electricity apartments only because I was searching for a home to buy in Clifton Park area. I wished I had signed a longer lease. Electricity apartments are just the right choice if you have plans to stay in this area. They are very accessible and convenient for everything. I have two kids and we found lot of public parks in the area which are really good. The electricity courtyard is where we have a lot of memories. I only wished that they had a swimming pool but other than they have a nice common room, gym, and courtyard. I highly recommend electricity apartments for staying in the Schenectady downtown area.

The apartments are spacious with lots of closet space.. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and full size washer and dryer.. The courtyard is nice.. It has two gas grills, a pizza oven and the fire table is a nice touch! The secure covered parking garage under the apartments is great in the winter.. There are numerous restaurants, bars, a movie theater and Proctors theater all within a short walk.. The building is well maintained and Tim and Christine in the office are a pleasure to deal with.. And did I mention this apartment community is pet friendly?

Very happy with the quick responses and cleanliness of this building. The help from the staff to make sure the dog park is cleaned and prepared with dogs bags, courtyard and community room always set and clean. the apartments themselves have everything and beautifully made!! Plus the lovely neighbors. Its very clearly worth the money. It is a busy section of downtown, so expect it to be lively from frog alley or neighboring traffic/people at nights/weekends. So so happy, best place Ive lived yet!
