Overall great experience living here at Avalon. The leasing team and maintenance team are really helpful and fast at responding to maintenance requests. Overall they are all great and have enjoyed living here for 2 years. The thing I am most annoyed at is paying for a reserved parking spot when you have the same vehicles parking in the future residents. I have noticed some cars have not moved for days which I am pretty sure causes an inconvenience for future residents when full. Majority of the time, these spots are filled with the same residents not moving their cars from these spots. My reserved parking spot is a couple spots over from the future resident section. When they are full, future residents or visitors park on my spot for hours which requires me to park on the street. This has been an ongoing issue since I moved in and wished that the office would be more strict with the same residents parking in future resident spot and would ensure these spaces are free at all times in order to not have to worry about other people parking in my spot. It is not fair for the residents that pay for additional parking. I would really hope that Avalon takes this into consideration and does something about this as this has caused issues to some residents paying for parking.

Ive been living here for about 5 months and I love it! Theres weekly events for free coffee, snacks, and food trucks sometimes! This Christmas, theres a free gift wrapping station in the lobby. Saved me a bunch of time and got to see people from the community!

We have been in a furnished 2 bedroom since October on a short-term lease. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. The building is well kept and maintenance really keeps up with cleaning the outside and hallways. The garage has plenty of parking and is well lit. I have no concerns for my safety here. Also, I want to give a special mention to Eileen in the office. I walked In unannounced one day and asked her if she could print and fax something for me that was important and needed to be done right away. She was kind enough to do that for me and even followed-up. Another time I again walked in unannounced. The smoke alarm was going off and it was making the dog crazy. Because of the high ceilings, I couldnt get to it. Maintenance came almost immediately and replaced the smoke detector. Weve been very happy here.
