My partner and I just renewed our lease with Avalon at Mission Bay. The leasing office was helpful throughout and the process was really easy even though we had a few changes to make. The amenities are great (fitness centers, package rooms and outdoor grills) and the community is lovely. All the team are super helpful, and shout out to Faye for being so kind and putting a smile on my face anytime she's working at Phase III!

Avalon Mission Bay is in my opinion the best place to live within SF, it has great amenities, great views, one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city, excellent freeway and public transport access, and an amazing concierge team. Every morning on the way out the door and afternoon/evening coming back home you always hear a jolly good morning and good night, and every time I see Fei or Julius at the front desk I always stop for a nice friendly chat. I've really enjoyed living here the past 2 years, and while I'll most likely be moving away to work on a business, I plan to move back if I return to SF as the Avalon is the only place in the city where I could ever see myself living.

I was a resident at Avalon Mission Bay for 4 years and can honestly say that most of my experiences far exceeded expectations. The staff at phase 3 were lovely (I enjoyed the daily interactions with Faye who was always kind & courteous, whether it was when helping to locate mail or check in on our well-being). The amenities, like the lounge, were kept in top condition but the gym lacked the size equipment that you'd often see in other places. Overall, I'd recommend living here if you need somewhere that's close to the CalTrain, doesn't have too many steep hills but still walking distance to the financial district.

Ive been leaving in Avalon now for three years and had lived in all 3 phases.
Overall I've had a good experience with Avalon. It's been very pleasure! The whole team is friendly and always available to help.
I do think we can improve a little to be more in the luxury path. Elevators should have mirror, a separate one could be just for movers.
We urgent need a fob in the elevators for our safety, front door at phase 1 smells like dog pee. Besides small thing like this, the community is great and very safe.
