No more than 2 pets will be permitted. If approved, an increased deposit of $250/pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will be required.
Tenant responsible for timely change of air and water filters, softener salt refill. $50/month optional filter-to-door delivery service available.
Any person who knowingly gives false statements, falsified documents such as but not limited to- paycheck stubs, rental verification, IDs etc. on their application in order to lease the home will automatically forfeit holding deposit, and it shall result in denial of application. Any person who fails secondary approval process for falsified claims or documents forfeits holding deposit and right to lease this property.
