I have tried to get information about this place before renting and it turns out that they are horrible at replying. Do not let the nice pictures fool you. I emailed Kristy Benson from the office to address all the negative reviews that I have seen online and I have yet to get an answer. First I set up an appointment to view the apartments, then when I addressed the reviews that were on the internet she has yet to reply back. If management is hard to get a hold of now, imagine after you sign the lease. By the looks of it all of the negative reviews seem legit even though the apartments are nice on the inside.

The thermostats are props! - There is no way to control temperature in the apartment and the presence of thermostats was intentional deception. After I asked the manager, Kristy Benson for help with the thermostat, she continued to evade the simple fact that they didn't do anything. Simply fraud. I would carefully check other appliances to make sure they are real before signing a lease.
As for maintenance, oh boy.
I stayed at a nearby apartment managed by the same maintenance staff and manager, Kristy Benson. While I can't speak to the apartments at 805 North Stephenson, I can assure you that the staff will ignore any maintenance issues and will make only the cheapest repairs. I informed the manager, Kristy Benson, of several issues at the start of my one year lease, and they have not be resolved one year later. My complaints over cheap and temporary repairs were completely ignored, and the same cheap repairs were performed multiple times as though it was the first time the complaint was raised.
