The lease options are:
Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $775.00 per month for one person with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $400 and last month’s rent paid in full with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $900.00 per month for one person with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $400 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
All leases and payments are made through Innago- there is a $2 fee per transaction.
There is no unfurnished option. Pets are not accepted.
