*Range of rent (this would just be the rent amount)
*When we (the landlord) will begin to accept applications
Apartment Amenities:
- Washer/dryer hookup
- 24-hour maintenance contact center
Additional Information:
- $120 for Resident Utility Bill Back
- $50 for Rent for Pet (per pet)
Renter's Requirements:
• Utility fee $120 (includes water, sewer, garbage & recycling).
• Security deposits:
-Minimum if all items are good $1,000
-If increased deposit (lower risk) is equal to one month rent
-If increased deposit (higher risk) 1.5 x rent
Amount is required to be paid in full prior to move-in.
• Renter's insurance is required. Minimum $100,000
• Pets:
-1st pet deposit $400
-2nd pet deposit $200
-Rent for pet $50 per pet per month. Maximum allowed 2.
