Countryside Estates is an awesome place to live. I've lived in a lot of apartments since I was 18 and this was my favorite one.
Rent is super reasonable. The apartment units have been renovated (awesome kitchens). You wouldn't know the buildings are old and when there are issues because of its age, you can always trust maintenance to quickly fix the issue. The community is awesome. Never had issues with a neighbor blasting music.
Most importantly, Jay, the property manager, runs the place with superb excellence. Just call the apartment complex, talk to him and you'll see what I mean.

I just want to take time to acknowledge our Maintenance Tech Cirilo for his OUTSTANDING work over the years Ive been here Hes always punctual and very professional. Hes very knowledgeable about everything he does. When we place a work order it is handled RIGHT AWAY without hesitation. Hes so humbled and focused and gets the job done correctly the first time. I appreciate the staff here Again, its always peaceful and clean. Great place to call home Safe, friendly, professional environment and a warm welcoming community to be a part of. Thank you to Jay, Tiffany and Cirilo for being the absolute best at what you guys do.

Its only been 3 months and I dont want to call anywhere else home. My newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment is adorable. Countryside estates is a hidden gem. Jay, the landlord, is passionate, caring, and professional anytime you interact with him. The staff are professional as well as caring. You can tell they love their jobs! It is always peaceful and quiet and clean around the complex!

If you need anything done, no matter what it is, Jay is on it and he wastes no time. He makes living here so comfortable. Hes super understanding and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much Jay for being an overall super Amazing person and the best Property Manager Ive ever encountered!!! Youre doing an amazing job here at Countryside Estates. Its always so clean and quiet... I love it here! Highly recommended!
