I have lived here about a year and a half and I absolutely love it. The building is kept in impeccable condition. Maintenance is friendly and fast. Everyone who works here says hi to you in the hallways. Management is quick to respond to and remedy concerns and complaints. The amenities, including the pool, the gym, and the coffee machine, are well maintained and high quality. The unit is very nice and largely quiet, and of course the location is amazing.
My only complaints are that the parking garage sucks and is an extra $125/month, and the extra fees seem excessive. Paying a fee to use the trash in a luxury building is insane to me. Also, the water is billed through the building and it feels suspiciously high.
Overall, though, an incredible place to live.

I moved in a couple months ago and definitely made the right choice living here. I have enjoyed the convenient proximity to work but also to the abundance of shops and eateries in the location. The apartment complex amenities are also top notch including the concierge services, coffee bar, gym, and lounge areas.
The concierge and maintenance staff have been polite, professional, and responsive ( I very minor maintenance issue was addressed and resolved within a handful of hours). Cassidy from Property Management/Leasing Office has been great in terms of her communication and follow up regarding any questions or concerns.
