o Tenants pay water/sewer/garbage $120.00 (monthly)
Parking: $90.00 monthly through building if available-we only have 13 spots, so the first people to apply will have the first option.
o MOTORCYCLE parking is available at $ 50.00 monthly.
OR parking thru the city (annually through the cityofolympia.org)
o Proof of renters insurance required
