Welcome to The Roebuck! We are a brand new loft community offering one & two bedroom apartment homes on the waterfront of the Elizabeth River. Our building was originally built in 1916 as the Security Storage & Safe Deposit Company Warehouse. We were later converted in 1948 to the Sears, Roebuck, & Co Warehouse, this historic building has been through many changes and has lasted through the evolution of Fort Norfolk. We are proud to offer these amazing new homes that speak for them selves!
