• Availability & Lease Terms: The rental is available from August 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. Please note that the cabin will not be available in July 2026. The initial lease term requires a minimum commitment of six months, after which it will automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement. Priority will be given to applicants able to rent for the full available period.
• Pet Policy: One small, well-behaved pet considered (case-by-case) with a $500 pet deposit
• Restrictions: No smoking- loft is not suitable for young children
• Furnished Space: 1 Bedroom w/Queen bed, 1 Loft with King bed and couch, Living room w/pullout couch, fully stocked Kitchen, 1 Bathroom, 1 Dining room, Desk/sitting area, large Deck, outdoor seating area with fire pit (No on-site laundry- laundromat options available nearby)
