This is one of the worst apartment communities to rent from in Nashville, hands down. I wish I would have read more reviews before signing my lease last year because the leasing agent Tonya completely lied to my roommate and I about what our apartment was going to look like, what amenities it would have, the security in the complex, and so much more. The "fitness center" (if you can even call it that) is a disgusting tiny room with a single treadmill and elliptical and smells like cat urine and mold.
We couldn't even live in our apartment for the first week of our lease because the complex had to rip out all of the flooring because they didn't replace the flooring that had been ruined by a previous tenant's cat. My roommate and I struggles with our health and breathing issues from mold build up and cat urine in the duct system and furnace. It took several months before the complex even cleaned out the furnace from all of the mold I took videos of this.
Furthermore, we couldn't use our kitchen for weeks when we moved in because it was covered in roaches and spider egg sacks - all of which I have photos of as well. They cost us thousands dollars in dealing with all of this - DO NOT RENT HERE!
Additionally, there were no fire extinguishers for the first 8 months of our lease and then when our apartment caught on fire from a faulty appliance , I made a huge deal about this because we had no way to put it out - I had to use flour! The complex eventually put in one fire extinguisher per level of the apartment building and only on the exterior of each level of the building so no unit has its own extinguisher. Then, just a few weeks after they finally installed them outside, they were gone from at least 2 buildings (my building and then 1-2 others next to it). The building next to mine even burned down a few years back.
Additionally, there is high crime in this area and the property manager/leasing agent Tonya lives on the grounds and litters often with cigarettes and even installed security cameras around her own apartment because of the crime. You'd think someone that manages the property would actually care about not leaving disgusting cigarette butts everywhere.
The staff never return calls or messages and don't handle emergencies afterhours like they say they do. They will lie through their teeth at you just to get you to sign a lease - do yourself a favor, DON'T sign that lease - look elsewhere.
