Ocean Forest Plaza 912 is available from January 1 through March 31, 2025. Rent is $1,195 and the security deposit is $1,195. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional. The month of April may be added for $1350.

No smoking allowed including E-cigarettes or vape pens (this includes the balcony).
No golf carts, trailers or motorcycles.
