I am impressed with the recent improvements made to Kings Manor by the new management. For one thing every apartment got a brand new toilet. That's great. Also, it's wonderful to have the old entry doors and windows replaced and the ashtrays removed. The buildings are immediately safer and less smokey. I was ill recently and was dreading another winter of trying to make my way to the entrance without falling on the ice. I've lived here a long time and this is the first year that ice melter salt was spread on the walkways and in the parking lot. Thank you so much! Any time I've called the office they have gotten back to me right away if they weren't there to answer the phone. Now it's up to the residents to make more of an effort to pick up after themselves and their children. It's not the management's fault if the tenants leave messes at times, but if there is a cleaning person/tenant he or she should probably check the buildings more often so that the food spills don't attract bugs etc.

I've lived here for a few years and love it. Really nice people that open doors when you are carrying things, and great space in the apartments with huge walk in closets and balcony. Stuff gets fixed pretty fast. It's a little run down, but for what I pay in rent the value is definitely there.
