Flexhomes are furnished home rentals available for stays of 2 days to 12 months and anything in between.
Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week.

Payments & renewals:
- Upfront payment is required for the initial reservation. We accept online payments only
- Payment plans for monthly renewals: upon request, we can tentatively reserve renewal months without payment up until 14 days prior to each renewal date, after which the dates would be opened for other guests to book. Payment plans require the initial month to be paid in full

- Separate $200 refundable security deposit. Payable online only. Refund issued after checkout assuming no material issues e.g. damage, missing items, violated House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
The space:
The building is conveniently located in Third Ward just one block from the Summerfest grounds, with quick access to desirable shopping and dining options throughout the neighborhood.
The apartment sleeps two with a comfy queen bed. The living room sofa may serve as additional sleeping space but please note it does not have a pullout bed.
Amenities:
Private balcony, smart TV, in-unit laundry, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dining table/workspace, fitness center, and community room with a kitchen, lounge areas, shuffleboard, pool table, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).
Location:
- All within three blocks: Third Ward shopping district, Summerfest grounds, the Riverwalk, coffee shops, and countless restaurants and bars
Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Alternate side street parking: on even-numbered days park on the side of the street with even house numbers, on odd-numbered days park on the side of street with odd house numbers
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Jackson St and Jefferson St (south of Chicago St only)- also allowed on Buffalo St and Menomonee St
- Free street parking spaces are available directly outside the building, with 2-hour time limits from 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. More info is available by searching online for "Milwaukee night parking permission"
- For reserved parking, we recommend the SpotHero app as a convenient solution. The nearest lot is directly across the street at 178 N Jackson which has 24/7 in/out access and costs roughly $8/day or $105/month for standard passenger vehicles (check SpotHero app for details)
House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge for unreturned keys
