I planned to move to Madison for a new job and I planned to rent an apartment for the entire year of 2021, while looking for a house to buy. Megan made my application, tour of the apartment and rental trouble free. She even went the extra mile and found a way for me to get the keys on the weekend of January 1st. I really appreciated how helpful she was.
The building is new, the apartment I got was well equipped, absolutely clean and everything worked. Lighting was exceptionally good with the very large windows in all the rooms. The building and the apartment were very quiet. Quieter and more private than any apartment building I have lived in previously. Even being close to the railroad tracks was not bothersome. My daughter and I appreciated seeing the train go by during the day and after a couple of weeks we wouldnt even hear it at night. The common spaces like the social room and the terrace or the gym were very nice. The gym was a bit small but had all the equipment I needed. The heated indoor garage is an absolute must for anybody living in Madison because of its snowy winters. The building is close to downtown Middleton with all the cafs shops and restaurants in walking distance. Other major shopping outlets are a bicycle ride away.
But my new job in Wisconsin didnt work out and I was able to return to my old job. Megan and Crystal helped me prepare for my departure and helped me find someone to sublet the apartment to. I was supposed to leave at the end of May and make the apartment available on June 1 but I was able to leave on April 26. Megan and Crystal found someone to sublet the apartment on May 1st, five days later! I left, minimizing my expense and with peace of mind and ease.
I really loved my Middleton station experience and the professionalism and the helpfulness of the management team. If I was ever to go back it would be the first place I would check out.

I've lived at Middleton Station for about a year and a half. Several great restaurants and shops in downtown Middleton are within walking distance. My apartment is comfortable, the appliances are nice, and I almost never hear neighbors. Underground parking is a plus. The staff is professional, too.

I recently moved in and have been very happy with my apartment. It is a very beautiful building. I was a bit concerned moving into a unit without actually touring it (due to COVID) but the staff was very accommodating and provided ample pictures of the actual unit. The staff and maintenance have been very prompt with any issues. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

We loved living here! It's in a wonderful location and the apartment and building were even nicer than the pictures. It has all sorts of amenities and conveniences and the quality is high. The building manager, Justin, was awesome--always so helpful, responsive and friendly. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and the library in downtown Middleton and being able to park underneath the building (no snowplowing or shoveling required). While we considered other apartment buildings in downtown Middleton, we're glad we picked Middleton Station. Downtown Middleton is right there, but the building is on Terrace, a quieter and more mellow street. One concern we had before moving was the acoustics, but the building is well insulated and protects well against sound and weather.
