We placed a service order and it was acknowledged immediately and completed in a reasonable amount of time. The maintenance team arrived ready to go! The work was completed same day, and completed to our satisfaction. Best of all, they cleaned up after themselves! They actually asked if we were satisfied with the work. I'm sure if we hadn't been, they would of done whatever was needed to satisfy us. This team was cheerful and professional. The manager, Zaida, and assistant manager, Marika, are always available should you ever need anything. Gabe and Ismael from maintenance, keeps everything in tip top shape here at The Arlo! So happy we have called this home for the past 3 years!
