Clean safe enviorment, good maintenance, parking for visitors a bit of an issue, but the living conditions are nice for a large building. ALL STAFF very helpful carrying, lolly our building tennent liason not sure her real tittle, very helpful, one drawback to living in this building, is that the noise level from trains is loud, especially apartments on backside, loud noise pollution too, construction so on, but thats not the fault of carrabetta, hopefully they can put up a wall to lower the noise, i heard rumors, price point, based on income, pet friendly, most of the building tennants are also friendly outgoing. 2 elevators, one is larger wirh front and back door to make moving easier, these are new elevators, Thank you to the staff especially Laura who handled my paperwork. Aprox year wait list to the best of my experiance
This is the nicer of the two tower groups. Still has some crazies hanging around though.
