Living in Avalon at Bedford Center for more than seven years, we really enjoyed everything the apartment could offer. Apartment was recently renovated; the community is always clean; snows are removed on time 24/7; schools and a public library are within walking distance. Especially, on-site maintenance team (Steve & Steven) and leasing office staff (Justin) are great. They are very professional, courteous, kind and punctual. Now we are moving out to another town, but the apartment and all the staff will always be missed.

Our experience leasing our apartment at Avalon Bedford far exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning Justin walked us through all the details, followed up promptly and professionally with any questions we had. The unit was completely renovated and clean, ready for us to move in. The maintenance staff, Steve and Steven, met us on site to review any questions we had. Everyone has been outstanding.

Avalon at Bedford Center is a great community to live in. The whole process from applying, to moving in was super simple and quick. The leasing office is very responsive, and always kind whenever I have a question. The maintenance team is awesome - they are super prompt once you submit a request, and check in with you too if they see you out walking the community. Not a bad thing to say about living here at Avalon.

Each step of becoming an Avalon community member, Justin and the staff of Avalon at Bedford have offered stellar service, proactive communication, and essential follow-up. When I had a special request, Justin went above and beyond for us. Hes absolutely made it much easier and reduced any stress for our move in. The apartment (CLEAN) and community (QUIET) which has been outstanding after my 1st week and I dont see much changing. As the weather warms up, we are looking forward to the opening of the pool.
