Just want to say how awesome the maintenance staff was today. Had a hot water heater burn out last night with what everyone thought was an electrical fire. Replaced everything and then I was worried because still had no hot water. The pipes had air in the line. Big thank you to the guys and to Mike for coming back.

I loved the management (Hannah and Ariel) a lot which I wish I could give 5 stars because of them! However, these apartments were just purchased by new management maybe two weeks ago and I already dislike them. Hannah and Ariel from JC Hart were amazing, helpful and just went that extra step with everything! The new management wont even acknowledge you. A maintenance person finally assisted me after standing in the office for 10 minutes. They stopped sending emails when a package is delivered to the office so its harder to track down now. Great management is very hard to find, these new guys are not great. Im glad we are now renewing our lease again. If you do plan on taking a look here, also ask if your neighbor is a smoker. If they are, you will smell it. It sleeps through the floor, baseboards and outlets. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it even though Hannah tried very hard.

I love my apartment!!! When we moved in it was clean and had only one thing that needed to be looked at by maintenance. The Maintenance team is quick and professional! The office staff is amazing and friendly with a smile for anyone who walks through the door. I could not have picked at better place to live!
