I have been living at Arbor Manor for almost a year now. My experience has been great. David has been quick to respond to every one of my very (luckily few) problems that have come up in the past year. Maintenance here is fantastic; they are prompt and get the job done quickly. It is generally quiet here as well, which I have enjoyed a lot. There are families living in Arbor Manor, but I have never run into any trouble with there being too much noise or ran into any unkind neighbors. I recommend looking into Arbor Manor if you're looking to move to the Mooresville area!

I can be an extremely demanding tenant. I want all the information I can get before moving in and then I need things like floors cleaned, fans checked, and I constantly have questions about everything. The apartment manager David always responds with a great attitude and answers all my questions, day or night. He does an amazing job at handling problems and providing information. And other then the carpet needing a clean, the apartment is great and very comfortable. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I never give a place 5 starts. The apartments are not that paid, cist to much for what yiu get. No lienen closet in two bedroom. The second roim looks small but it not to bad a twin or full size bed a dresser and a coupke night stands will fit. Bigest problem is no storage, no where for towels or beuty supply items. 2 beroim 675.00 a month is a kittle ok alot to pay for these aprtments. Better to go down to the ones on crosby st. Mooresville, IN

I feel so lucky to have finally gotten a place at Arbor Manor. I was on the waiting list for 3 months just waiting for a place to open up. The manager kept my updated and I moved in last weekend. Everything was perfect except one drip in the bath sink. Maintenance came that day and one new faucet later, I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the outside is spotless, safe and quite, even at night.

Where do I start? Worst apartment complex. Cockroach motel look inside the laundry mat there all over in the closet there that's why they have traps set there, bedbugs, the place is rundown and old, the manager of the place is greedy for instance pet deposit is $500 per pet most places charge 200-300 tops and that is $500 per pet, on top of that its drug infested not as bad as it uses to be but its still ghetto.lol It looks like the apartments used to be a hotel. The 1 bedrooms are tiny. If you move in and you sign your lease and then have someone else move in with you he'll up the price for rent. His really greedy. The whole bedbugs and cockroach thing is not a joke and this place needs apartment rescue to come thrust because it really should be condemned. I lived there for 2 years and I'm not lying about anything I just said. I will not go back. Nor recommend for anyone. I would steer you in the opposite direction of this place at all costs.

If I could put less than a star, I would. With this being our first apartment to move out on our own, I am extremely disappointed on how we were treated. We always had rent paid on time, never had a late payment in the year we lived here. There was supposed to be routine maintenance checks every three months, in the year we lived there our apartment was "checked" once. By checked, I mean they ran water in the sinks and left. They were supposed to check the air filter (which we had to replace since they never did), smoke detector, and other basic maintenance needs. When we first moved in, our smoke detector did not even work, going about 3 months without knowing, so we had to track down maintenance, who happened to be doing the routine checks in every apartment skipping ours, ourselves to even get a working smoke detector. We had constant plumbing issues, going a couple days without a running toilet in our ONLY bathroom, as well as nasty mold in our closet that took almost a day to even get acknowledged after it being reported. The apartments are very low quality, as you can hear your neighbor using the restroom, or taking a shower, through the walls when you are sitting in another room. There are noisy people on the patio's constantly partying and being obnoxious. On top of our horrible year, our lease was coming to an end and we definitely got out while we could! Although we did not expect our deposit back, we were not expected to be charged out the butt for petty charges. I lived in low-income apartments for a reason, I obviously did not have a bunch of spare money. But being charged just over $2,000 when we moved out is insane.. He told us that just over $2,000 is less than what most get away with paying there.. I will leave it at that, although there is quite a bit more problems to say about this place! Just a heads up to anyone looking to rent from here, they are definitely low income, but also you get what you pay for from management!

We found this Community very nice and affordable. Our family moved in about two months ago and we are so happy here. It is very quite, large floor plans and rock star customer service. No complaints so far. Arbor Manor feels like home.
