Well, the leasing people really screwed us over when it came to renewals. The rent increase was massive since they quit covering the 421a charge which is outrageous, but that's nyc. Daniel has and always will be the best service manager/super that ever existed in my 16 years in the city. The doormen are all extremely nice and always good for an interesting conversation. We hate the new roof curfew of 9:30pm but we do love living in this building and we'll be sad to go because we can't afford a two bedroom here, most likely.

Ive lived here 3 years and cant recommend this community highly enough. The rooftop views are great and the doormen and maintenance staff are awesome!

The apartment is great but this review pertains more to the excellent management/leasing team. Having spent several weeks apartment hunting in the area, I found it incredibly difficult--comical, even--to have any sort of dialogue or timely correspondence with other management companies or agents. This was not the case at 300. Tatiana and Victoria were both extremely responsive and easy to get in contact with. They made the whole lease signing/rental process much more palatable and served as assurance that my stay in this building would be a pleasant one.
